WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to UK addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

DISPATCH TIME
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.

Free Standard Delivery — FREE on all orders over £40
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail 2nd Class or equivalent.
Standard Delivery — charged at checkout on orders under £40
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. These are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Delays during busy periods (Ramadan, Eid, Christmas) may occur and are outside our control.

TRACKING
Where a tracked service is used, you will receive tracking information in your dispatch email. Standard Royal Mail 2nd Class is not tracked. If you require a tracked service, please contact us at info@myjubba.co.uk before placing your order.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your order, they will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection within the timeframe stated on the card. If an item is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you. Redelivery may incur an additional postage charge.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info@myjubba.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier. If an item arrives damaged, please photograph it and contact us within 48 hours.
